Warranty

All Dumcam products come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects but not damages from usage. If you experience issues, please contact us immediately for assistance.

30-Day Refund Policy

Dumcam offers a 30-day refund guarantee. If you need to return or exchange an item, please reach out within 30 days of receipt to initiate the process.

Initial Contact Required

Always contact us before returning any items! Unexpected returns complicate processing as they often lack necessary details like the order number or reason for return.
Contact us first to ensure smooth handling of your returns or exchanges, including all original accessories and packaging.
Returns that don’t meet these terms may be subject to a 30% processing fee.

Handling Fees

Due to misuse of our return policy, Dumcam applies a minimal restocking fee of 15% on all returns, unless the item is defective. In such cases, we will replace it at no extra cost after verification.

Product Exchanges

Prefer a different item? Contact us within 30 days of your purchase to arrange an exchange. Any price difference will be settled at the time of processing.

Inspection Clause

All returns undergo an inspection. Altered or misused products may void the warranty and result in a denied return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Use a trackable service to ensure proof of delivery, as Dumcam cannot be held accountable for lost returns.

International Returns

Dumcam does not cover customs or duties for international returns. Any additional charges incurred upon re-entry are the customer's responsibility.
Replacement shipments will be marked accordingly, but customs fees may still apply.

Wholesale & Institutional Policy

Pre-paid wholesale or institutional orders cannot be modified or cancelled once payment has been made. All sales are final.
