Shipping Rates to Singapore Domestic

FREE Shipping: All orders (1-3 business days within Singapore)

Enhanced International Shipping Rates are calculated based on destination and package weight. 

For orders valued over $300, a signature is required upon delivery. If you prefer to opt-out, please contact support@dumcam.com right after placing your order.

Same-Day Shipping When You Order by 4:00 PM GMT(+8)

Most orders are dispatched the same day if placed by 4:00 PM GMT(+8). Check individual product pages for any exceptions. All orders are shipped within two business days.

Order Processing

Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours, ensuring they can be tracked and covered for loss or damage. For faster shipping, select this option during checkout. Orders placed after 4:00 PM GMT(+8) will begin processing the following business day. Processing durations can vary based on the product, with special orders and custom items taking longer (see product page for specifics).

Delivery Signature Policy

For high-value orders over $300, a delivery signature is mandatory. If this requirement is inconvenient, please contact support@dumcam.com promptly after your purchase.

Note: If your order ships via Next-Day Air on Friday, it will be delivered on the subsequent Monday. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Delivery estimates only apply to in-stock items (excludes pre-orders or backorders). Security reviews of orders may delay shipping.

Special Orders

Certain items are available via Special Order and may require additional processing time. We strive to notify you promptly after your order is placed.

International Orders

Most of our extensive inventory is available for international delivery. We accept various payment methods for international orders, including credit cards, debit cards and PayPal.

To enhance your shopping experience, shipping fees will automatically update at checkout. Please be aware that import duties or taxes may apply upon entry into your country. These charges are your responsibility. The duty amount varies depending on the type and value of the goods. Some internationally shipped items may not require import duty.
